Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit the NLL Travels website or use our travel planning services. NLL Travels is owned and operated by NLL Communications LLC.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

NLL Travels provides personalized international trip planning through three tiers — Essential, Signature and Concierge. Each tier is a one-time planning fee for our planning and assistance work, and each tier's scope is described on our Services page.

Our planning fee includes sourcing and booking flights and accommodation. Booking assistance for other itinerary items is included in the higher tiers or may be added for an additional NLL booking fee that you approve in advance. Dining-reservation assistance is included only with the Concierge tier.

Every trip is quoted personally. Prices, availability, supplier conditions and deadlines change constantly and are not guaranteed until the applicable reservation is completed.

Before you make any payment toward travel, we will provide a written quote and a personalized agreement that confirms the exact amounts, due dates, the applicable booking date and the terms that apply to your trip. If anything in this website disagrees with your personalized agreement, your personalized agreement controls.

All payments to NLL Travels are handled online through secure payment instructions we provide after you approve your written quote and agreement.

Service-tier planning fees are one-time fees. They are fully refundable when the planning service is cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, planning fees are non-refundable. Eligible flights and accommodation may be paid in full or, when your trip qualifies, through an NLL Travels monthly payment plan. Service-tier planning fees are fully refundable when the planning service is cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, planning fees are non-refundable. Eligible payments made toward flights and accommodation are fully refundable when the booking is cancelled within 24 hours, whether those travel costs were paid in full or through an NLL Travels monthly payment plan.

Cancellation terms beyond the first 24 hours depend on whether the eligible travel costs were paid in full or through a monthly payment plan, and are set out in full in our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Every planning tier includes general information about passport, visa and entry requirements that we believe may be relevant to your trip. Hands-on organizational assistance with paperwork and booking related appointments is included only with the Concierge tier.

NLL Travels cannot issue passports, visas or other travel documents, cannot provide legal or immigration advice, and cannot guarantee eligibility, approval, appointment availability or processing times. You remain responsible for confirming and meeting all official entry requirements for yourself and everyone traveling with you, and for ensuring travel documents are valid for your trip.

Your travel arrangements are provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers. All bookings remain subject to those suppliers' availability, change, cancellation and refund conditions. Where supplier terms are stricter than ours, the supplier's terms apply to that arrangement, and we will explain this before you book.

NLL Travels is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays or cancellations of travel suppliers, or for losses arising from them.

The content, branding and design of the NLL Travels website are owned by NLL Communications LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Your trip itinerary and related documents are prepared for your personal use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NLL Communications LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or your travel. Our total liability for claims connected to our planning services is limited to the planning fee you paid for the affected trip.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Travel protection is strongly recommended and is not included unless specifically stated in your quote.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the terms in your personalized agreement apply to your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which NLL Communications LLC is organized, within the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
