Reservation and last-minute assistance is subject to availability and supplier policies. NLL is not an emergency-response service.
These prices are one-time NLL Travels planning fees for the qualifying travel party. They do not include flights, accommodation, activities, meals, tickets, deposits or other travel costs. Service-tier planning fees are fully refundable when the planning service is cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, planning fees are non-refundable. Planning fees are separate from any NLL Travels monthly payment plan for eligible flights and accommodation.
NLL Travels provides general information about passport, visa and entry requirements to travelers in every tier. Hands-on organizational assistance with paperwork and booking related appointments is included only with the Concierge tier. NLL Travels cannot issue travel documents, provide legal or immigration advice, or guarantee eligibility, approval, appointment availability or processing times.

Planning fees are based on both the service tier you choose and the travelers covered by your planning service. Review the qualifications below before selecting your price.
Individual
One traveler
Individual pricing covers one traveler.
Couple
Two adults sharing one hotel room
Couple pricing covers two adults who will share one hotel room. Two adults staying in separate hotel rooms do not automatically qualify for Couple pricing; NLL Travels will confirm the applicable planning fee.
Family
Up to two adults and up to three children under age 17
Family pricing covers up to two adults and up to three children under the age of 17 traveling together. Parties that do not fit this composition require confirmation from NLL Travels.
Group
Three to five adults
Group pricing covers three to five adults traveling on the same core itinerary.
Traveling With More Than Five Adults?
If more than five adults are traveling, each additional traveler must purchase service at the Individual rate, or two additional adults sharing one hotel room may purchase service at the Couple rate. Additional travelers may request to be added to the existing group itinerary, subject to confirmation by NLL Travels.

“Included” means that NLL’s service fee for the stated assistance is included in that tier. It does not mean that flights, hotels, activities, tickets, meals or other supplier costs are included.
What “booking assistance” means: Booking assistance means that NLL will arrange traveler-approved itinerary items on the customer's behalf. Travelers remain responsible for the price of every flight, hotel, activity, meal, ticket, deposit and other travel purchase.
NLL Travels provides travel-planning and booking-related support but is not an emergency-response service. For medical, safety, criminal or life-threatening emergencies, travelers should contact the appropriate local emergency services, travel insurer, transportation provider, accommodation provider or relevant government authority.
Payment Plans for Flights and Accommodation
Need More Time to Pay for Your Trip?
NLL Travels may be able to arrange a personalized monthly payment plan covering the complete eligible cost of both your flight and accommodation.
- Payment plans are separate from the Essential, Signature and Concierge service tiers.
- Selecting a particular service tier does not automatically guarantee payment-plan eligibility.
- The service-tier fee and travel costs must be presented clearly in your personalized quote.
- Activities and excursions cannot be included in the payment plan.
- The cancellation policy applies according to the booking date and the terms in your personalized agreement.
